Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a highly covered topic in seminars, training and books. The impact developing EI has on people, organizations and performance is substantial and well documented.
Join us as we discuss the components of EI, tie it to personal and professional performance, and discuss some steps towards developing skills in this area.
Learners will leave with a solid understanding of Emotional Intelligence components, and the impact it can have on themselves, their teams, and people in their personal lives. They will leave with some foundational information as well as resources for further development, and ideas on how to begin integrating this concept into their Organizations.

Linda Lafortune works for Sharonview Federal Credit Union and manages the Leadership Development and Employee Engagement programs. She has her Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Change, and has spent the last 10 years of her career supporting leaders and teams develop to their full potential.
