“Sharper Development in Diversity”

Diversity training has become necessary in a changing climate where the workplace, government, and civic organizations are welcoming new and diverse populations.  This presentation empowers individuals on all organizational levels (managers, supervisors, employees) with the skills to effectively function and work in environments that comprise a diverse group. 

Participants will learn how to create an atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie despite race, gender, age, sexual orientation or culture. The one size fits all approach to building positive relationships no longer produces the desired result.  Sensitivity, respect, and trust play key roles in creating an inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued.  

“Sharper Development in Diversity” will specifically address Communications as it relates to learning how to lead and follow in a multicultural environment
