About the Presenter Brock Vaughn is principal of Brock Vaughn & Associates. Heβs held learning leadership roles at Bank of America and Capital One. His expertise spans design, development and delivery of learning on skills from interpersonal to technical. He's presented at international and regional conferences and is an award-winning speaker. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Clemson University, an M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University, and holds the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from ATD.
