Organizations invest heavily in leadership development, yet many managers still struggle with the day-to-day realities of leading people—giving feedback, navigating difficult conversations, coaching employees, and building trust within their teams.
In this virtual session, participants will explore a different approach to leadership development—one focused not on delivering more content, but on creating opportunities for consistent practice and behavior change. We’ll look at how AI can help close the gap between what managers know and what they actually do when faced with real leadership challenges.
At the center of the session is a simple idea: leadership development should create impact at three levels—the manager, the team, and the business. When managers strengthen their leadership habits and confidence, they are better equipped to lead effectively. That can contribute to greater trust, psychological safety, and engagement within teams—and ultimately stronger organizational performance.
In this session, participants will:
Explore ways to move leadership development beyond knowledge-building toward practice and behavior change
Consider how AI can support managers as they practice and apply leadership skills
Examine the connection between manager development, psychological safety, and team effectiveness
Identify practical ideas for embedding leadership development into the flow of work
Participants will leave with ideas for designing leadership development experiences that help managers put learning into practice—not simply know more about leadership.
