In this session we will discuss the basics of knowledge management, and then, using only free or low-cost tools, "bootstrap" a knowledge management system that you can take away from the session and start using.

Brian Houle has worked in instructional design and development in higher education and the public sector for over a decade. Currently, he's working in IT service management, business process mapping and documentation, and knowledge management.
