This session will be an interactive program using Alysia's expertise in: Generational Communication Styles; Training Reinforcement Approaches; and Coaching Strategies.
Training & Coaching needs for these groups are 'different yet similar in scope. In this workshop we will discuss three steps to a solid inclusive training strategy.
SPEAKER BIO:
Alysia Gaynor Kehoe, M.S. HRM, is the founder of Kehoe Consultants. She has over 20 years of experience in personal development, interpersonal communication skills, customer service training / coaching, and leadership / team building skills.
Kehoe Consultants' unique feature: follow - up one-to-one coaching with each executive / manager workshop participant to reinforce techniques learned - for 'manager' to be able to use the new skills quickly and with the highest level of effectiveness ...thus making 'skills stick'.
Working environments include non - profits, community groups and corporate settings. Alysia is also a Certified Coach through The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Previous employers include Westin, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, and Computer Sciences Corporation.
